Today, i finished building a string stretching jig for use in stretching newly finished flemish bowstrings. This was an easy project, made from one 2X4 board, some scrap and a few pieces of hardware. This jig can handle bowstrings to 80 inches, now that's a serious bowstring. Hook it up and crank the turnbuckle to stretch.....
Included is a pics of a string I have recently completed. A red & black 2 ply flemish (each bundle has a white tracer strand). This string really compliments the bow. This stuff has been really great.
